Russelia D.15 H.30 cm

Russelia – The Fireworks Plant for Sunny Balconies and Terraces

Russelia is one of the most original and spectacular trailing flowering plants: its thin, flexible, cascading branches are covered with small, bright red tubular flowers that resemble fireworks in shape and color. Compact and generous, this 15 cm pot version is perfect for balconies, windowsills, terraces, and planters, bringing color and movement throughout the warm season.

Plant characteristics

• Pot diameter: 15 cm
• Plant height: approximately 30 cm
• Abundant, long-lasting bright red tubular flowers
• Thin, flexible, naturally trailing branches
• Extended flowering period: spring – autumn
• Cascading habit, ideal for windowsills, shelves, and planters
• Vigorous growth and easy to grow

Care and maintenance

• Light: bright light or direct sun – the more sun it receives, the more abundant and prolonged the flowering will be; it also tolerates bright indirect light
• Watering: water regularly in summer, keeping the substrate slightly moist; avoid waterlogging, which damages the roots
• Temperature: ideal between 15°C and 35°C; it is not hardy and should be sheltered or moved to a bright, cool place below 5°C
• Substrate: well-draining and rich in organic matter
• Fertilizing: every 10-15 days in spring and summer with liquid fertilizer for flowering plants
• Pruning: lightly prune the longest branches to maintain its shape and encourage new flowering shoots

Russelia D.15 is the perfect choice for anyone who wants a balcony or terrace that is always in bloom with an immediate dramatic effect: lively, generous, and irresistible throughout the warm season.
