How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link. You can contact us with your order number and email address to receive updates.
How long does delivery take?
Orders received by 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day; orders received after 10:00 a.m. ship the next business day, and orders received on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday. Delivery takes 24-48 hours from shipment. Preparing pots takes 3-4 business days. More information
