How to care for it

• Light: prefers bright, indirect light but also tolerates lower light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can damage the leaves: place it in a bright room, away from south-facing windows.
• Water: water when the soil feels dry to the touch, checking it with a finger: in summer, watering may be needed every 7 days, and in winter every 14 days. Avoid overwatering.
• Temperature and humidity: ideal between 18 and 24 °C, with a tolerated minimum of 15 °C and a maximum of 30 °C; moderate humidity, between 40% and 60%. If the air is too dry, use a humidifier or place the pot on a saucer filled with pebbles and water.
• Fertilizer: in spring and summer, every 30 days, with a balanced liquid fertilizer.
• Soil and repotting: well-draining soil with peat and perlite, with a pH of around 6; repot when the roots emerge from the drainage holes, preferably in spring.
• Cleaning: clean the leaves regularly.
